Windows 10: How do I increase size of screen resolution on Windows 10

My PC is a Windows 10 Home, 64 bit, Version 22H2, Build 19045.2604 Current screen resolution is 1366 x 768 and I want to change it to 1920 x 1080 to accommodate my 21" Samsung monitor. I have tried uninstalling the Intel HD Graphics Adapted Intel no longer provides updates for this driver and installing Microsoft Basic Display Adapter that provides 1920 x 1080 resolution but in a matter of hours the Microsoft Display Adapter is replaced with the Intel HD Graphics Driver that does not provide the 1920 x 1080 resolution. Increase Screen Display Resolution

I have a 10+ year old Laptop [ Shipped with Win 7 Pro ] - Fujitsu LIFEBOOK AH530 64-bit.

I would like to increase the Display Resolution rather than just decreasing the size of the Icons, Text Size, etc, you get the idea. This thread is about changing the Display Resolution only if at all possible.

I have already looked at => How to Change Screen Resolution of a Display in Windows 10 and the additional Tutorials at the bottom of the one stated.

I have looked on the Manufacturers website for any relevant updated drivers, but to NOT avail.

Here is the current information . . .

To further assist you, we would like to know what is the make and model of your HD TV? We also suggest that you check if there's an option to change the resolution through your TV.

You can also follow these steps on how to adjust screen resolution through Control Panel:

• Open Control Panel, under Appearance and Personalization, click
  Adjust screen resolution.
• Click the name of your HD TV, then click the drop down for Resolution.

Follow the steps to change the font size:

• Click on "Windows logo" and select "Settings".
• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
