Windows 10: How do I initiate the windows update for windows 10?

I have recently had to restart my Hp laptop back to the factory start. The laptop at the time before the wipe had updated and was running windows 10, but the factory start is windows 8. I know that at one point my laptop updated it self to the windows 10 os, but now i cant get it back. is there some way to make it happen again, or will it do it on its own?

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
