Windows 10: How do I inveret the color of the text with the background color, in a document graphic I...

How do I swap the color of the text with the background color, in a document graphic I copied and pasted from a website into Paint and Paint 3D. I have Windows 10, build 1809 on my PC. Or at least make text black, currently white, and background white, now red.


Really appreciate help, ASA you can provide it. Looked significantly in MS Paint Help and Support communities, don't have all day.

Screen background color

You can try these steps in changing the
Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Text color same as background color

So, I was messing around with the windows 10 display color settings, and I maaaay have accidentally changed the text color and highlight color to the same color as the background? I can't read any of the text, how to I restore the color back to default??
(I'm using my iPad to post this btw)

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.
