    How do I manually do what win10 setup calls logging into a ms account?


    You can also (if you feel like it) sign on with "Larry@LarrysMonsterRig" rather than "LarrysMonsterRig\Larry" if you prefer to put the domain after the user when using a non MS account.

    Yes, I did not want to cover all possibilities but instead just to give an example. You can of course also sign in with simple Windows\Larry, if you do not happen to remember the computer name.

    i set it in "netplwiz"to boot with out signing in everytime ,, of course I'm the only one in the house using my computer ,and I live in the woods ..

    How do I manually do what win10 setup calls logging into a ms account?

    Same way you log in with internet? I can unplug my network cable and still log in like I always do. I'm logged in with local credentials that are stored on my device. Internet access is not a requirement for authentication. WIFI goes down, or your in a coffee shop, or at a friends house etc. If you couldn't log in how would you ever switch networks?

    I do that on my desktop PC, I'm the only one that ever uses it. On my laptop though, I use a PIN.
