Windows 10: How do I re-install Office2016

when ever I go to use Office 2016, I get this message..

- I had an installation of Office 2007 which I updated to 2016..
- this stopped working for no apparent reason, and all I now get is the error message above

Office 2016 doesn't even appear in the list of programs in Control Panel, so I'm at a loss on how to go about repairing or re-installing it..

Access2016. Excel2016, Word2016, Outlook2016, Powerpoint2016, Publisher2016 and OneNote2016 all still
appear in the list of apps, though none of them will open - all I get is the error message..

- does anyone have a solution?

Windows 10 Start Menu Disappeared

Thanks for your attention.

Befor the accident, I remember I updated Windows10, uninstalled 32-bit Office2016, installed 64-bit Office2016, and then updated Office2016, suddenly I found start menu disappeared even after several rebooting. Unfortunately I didn't know after which step
the accident happened.

If I created a new user account, the start menu works for the new account. However I still need to use my original domain account. Now I find the application from folders by myself.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

 

every hour something opens, and closes almost faster than I can see, but it take focus back to desktop. help

There is an issue with an Office2016 process and the Creators Update that might be causing this issue for you. When a fix is available I do not know.

 

You can go into control panel>programs and features, select Office 2016 and up top you have an option to Repair (next to uninstall).
I think there are two versions for repair - local and online. I would try the local repair first. The online repair is like a completely new installation, and I believe you'll need to login to your MS account to complete it.
