Windows 10: How do I reinstall windows 10 from a drive with no storage to another drive on the same PC?

I don't have any storage on the C: drive I have installed windows 10 on it is 60 GBs and I only have 3 GBs left, so I'm trying to move it to my other drive which is a terabyte. But when I use the media creation tool it says I have to free up 8 GBs on the C: drive which would be kind of difficult so I'm not sure what I should do. I still have the windows activation key and the little USB drive it came with, would it be possible to reinstall using those things? Or if there's another method, please let me know.

• If you already upgraded to Windows 10, were you able to create a new copy of the recovery drive?

How to remove a bad drive in Windows 10 storage spaces pool

Could someone list the steps involved in replacing a bad drive from a Windows 10 storage spaces pool? I cannot find any info on the Microsoft support site that is specific to Windows 10. Also, could you list the steps to remove a 'good' drive and replace
it with another drive if the process is different?

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
