    How do I remove an account from my xbox companion sign in?


    So my friend wanted to change his profile picture on xbox but he doesn't have a phone or pc at the moment. He asked me to change his profile picture for him, he gave the details for his email but the sign in wasn't successful because he didn't know his windows pin. How do I remove his email from the "switch accounts" section of my xbox companion?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    can't sign up xbox companion for lumia 800

    Thanks to Sheena M for an answer 'can't not login to Xbox LIVE' on 29/7/2012.

    I bought lumia 800 on 14/07/12 and Nokia Shop has registered email (email removed)@live.com with the password to my lumia 800.

    I tried to register the xbox companion using my lumia 800 i.e (email removed)@live.com and it password but it failed.

    my question is, Do I need to register different email address and password for sign up xbox companion for my lumia 800.
