Windows 10: How do i remove "Exploit:MacOS/DirtyCow.C!MTB" threat?

I keep getting notifications about this threat, but it goes away after like 5 seconds and it isnt effecting my computer at all. I tried to remove it but I still keep getting the notification, how do I fix this?

Defender shows threat removed but seems still to be active.

Defender keeps showing threat that was removed 2 weeks previously and the shield has red cross in it. Threat is Win32./Dllinject.MA!MTB.

I got threat alert RemoteAccess:MSIL/AsyncRAT.J!MTB on windows defender . But defender is not able to remove threats.

I got threat alert on windows defender given on Image 1 virus name : RemoteAccess:MSIL/AsyncRAT.J!MTB. But defender is not able to remove it. Whenever I click on take action it just gives second image alert and does nothing.



Also it keeps refreshing in current threat page every 5 min.



So I need your help in below 2 questions.



1) Is it a dangerous threat should I reset my PC now ?



2) How to remove this threat from my PC ?



Please help. Currently I have disconnected my PC from internet. Sorry for the bad images due to bad lighting.

 

How do I REMOVE a folder from the list of "Protected folders" (virus&threat protection setting "Protected folders")

I can only add folders to the list - but how do I REMOVE one???
