Windows 10: How do I renable print spooler and Indexing on Windows 11 after performing a clean reinstall

So a couple of months ago I performed a clean install of Windows 11 using the windows rest tool and since then my print spooler and indexing have stopped working and by stopped working the print spooler has gone to disabled and upon re-enabling it it goes back to disabled and I cannot install my printer and the indexing has stopped and requiers me to rebuild and start over several times so I was wondering if this is an issue with my laptop or Windows 11 and will it possibly be fixed with the next feature update for windows 11 because I do not have this issue with my surface go 2

Issues with Print Spooler and Indexing on Windows 11 after wipe and reset

Is anybody else having issues with Windows 11 were after doing a clean install the print spooler and indexing both show as disabled and upon reenabling them they work for 1 second and then go back to disabled?

Anydody else have an issue with there emails not coming in in the windows store mail app?

I hope these issues get fixed soon and microsoft listens to our feedback in the feedback app

 

Print Spooler Issue

For step by step instructions on how you can manually start the Print Spooler Service, follow these:

• Click Windows tab.
• Type Control Panel > System and Maintenance
  > Administrative Tools.
• Double click Services.
• Right click to the Print Spooler service > Properties.

However, we suggest you can refer to an answer given by Prabhavathi Patil on this

thread.

We also recommend that you update the driver for your printer.

Must restart Spooler to print

Have you set the Print Spooler server to Automatic? If you haven't, then let's do it. Follow the steps below:

• Open Services through the search box.
• Locate Print Spooler service and double click it.
• Once the Print Spooler Properties window is open, look for Startup type and set is to
  Automatic.
  
• Check also the Service status and make sure that it is set to Started.
• Click Apply, then OK.

In case there are other printers installed on your PC that you no longer use, we suggest that you uninstall it as it may also cause some issues with Print Spooler.
