Windows 10: How do I repair my drive C on my computer.

So one day my screen and pretty much the whole computer froze so I restarted it with the on switch on my case. Right after as it was booting up text that said "scanning and repairing drive C:" appeared and after a while it just continued normally. But Ive noticed that a few apps were "missing" in my task bar. Not missing but there just wasnt an icon for the certain apps and when I tried to open it it just said that the application cannot be opened and I should visit the Store which matter of fact also dissapeared and I cannnot open. Also for example games cannot be opened epic games launcher,
