How do I reset my home zip code on my computer?

How can I change the default zip code? Is this on the laptop or part of Windows?

 

.zip can't be set to File Explorer

  Type Default programs
  in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on choose default programs by file type
  
• 
  Select .zip
  and select File Explorer

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, you can set "location" to on in settings>privacy>location. You should be able to change your zip code there
