Windows 10: how do I resolve the issues with the new update on windows 11, version 23H2?

I am having issues with the new Windows update, whenever I try scrolling up or down with my mouse then the page is rather zooming in or out which hasn't happened since my last update from Windows this week. Also, whenever I try to type with the keyboard on any of the platforms, that is Microsoft Office or Google, it keeps using some shortcuts such as opening a new page or search engine of the browser or inputting something else which is rare. Secondly, the update makes the windows to be glitching and issuing commands I haven't instructed it.

Download error 0x80248007 - 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.

 

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Good news!

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).

 

Windows update show 23H2 installed winver show 22H2
