Windows 10: How do I restore accidentally deleted roaming.lock?

While trying to reset Spotlight somehow roaming.lock got deleted

How can I restore this?

I accidentally deleted my reminder tile. How do I restore it?

 

If you know which one you deleted (there seems to be one for each app) you can create it a (normal, not administrator) command prompt, changing the path in red

Tried it, says "system cannot find path specified"!

 

What path did you try?

If you think roaming.lock is missing you should know where it is missing from. The one above was for the calculator app.

I tried deleting them as a test in various apps and they still worked but then I don't use roaming profile.

Are you getting an error or anything?

 

roaming.lock is now missing from here > %USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

and so is settings.dat

I have 1703 "Creator's" version update

Windows Spotlight is now non-functional and "Remote Desktop Services Reset Utility" doesn't start when I click on it (am admin.), dunno if it needs Edge, but I will not use Edge

 

Press the Windows key+X choose Command Prompt (Admin) here type SFC /scannow and press enter, this will replace any missing system files.

Solved by changing the problem:

Gave up on ineffective "delicate" non-functioning Spotlight and instead simply (and safely) downloaded free Dynamic Theme app. Have set "daily Bing image as dynamic tile of application" for Lockscreen

Works, and when it would provide a pic I dislike, have now several good, quick and easy options, including using for Lockscreen that day a specific Windows picture I happen to really like
