    can anybody help me on how to retrieve my windows product key my window was installed already n my new PC when i bought it and i lost my

    Retrieve a product key

    I bought a Surface Pro 2 at Best Buy a few years ago. Yesterday I did a refresh on it to clean it up, and it went fine. When I went to the "add new features" section of the Control Panel it prompted me for a product key. If that was printed somewhere on
    the packaging I'm sure it's long gone. Is there any way to retrieve that key on the computer itself so I can re-activate the features?
