Windows 10: How do I safely remove Microsoft Copilot in Windows 11?

My Windows 11 system doesn't have good signal. Frequently it appears that my system has 2 bars of wi-fi or 1 bar of wi-fi. Since Copilot constantly works on the system and needs internet to run, I think it is slowing my internet down. If this is the case, I want it gone off my system.Some results say that I should change the registry, I find it quite risky. This should work the same on windows 10.
