    How do I share between three machines using a single Microsoft ID?


    Thanks everyone for all your advice. I eventually found that Lenovo system recovery happens through an application called OneKey, rather than through Windows's own recovery and reset tools. I was able to do a factory reset and now everything appears to be working fine.
