    How do I stop this un-needed update?


    I installed the latest driver package from NVIDIA Sept 3.
    For the last week Microsoft has been trying to install
    and NVIDIA update and has consistantly failed.
    See Mesage below:

    NVIDIA driver update for NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240 - Error 0x800f0102

    How do I stop this or fix it?

    i have on mine(under profiles)



    msg alert tones(standard)



    mail alert tones



    IM tones



    end of list tones(off)



    other tones(both off)



    app tones(off)



    no warning tones at all

    i have profiles yes.but under tones there is no warning tones setting.

    You could troubleshoot windows update if it gives you further problems. On your own computer, type troubleshoot, select it, and find the update option under system and security.
