Windows 10: How do I stop windows 11 from Installing?

I recently came bank to my laptop after leaving it on overnight to download a few large files.Woke up to windows telling me to set a resart time to install WINDOWS 11. I havent ever given any consent for Windows 11 and it has downloaded it and ready to install anymoment my laptop restarts.This is extremly inconvinient as I use my laptop for music production and some of my software works better on Windows 10; I also prefer the look and feel of 10 over 11. I say this after having used Windows 11 for over 6 months on my older laptop.This is what I see:-Windows 11, version 22H2Status: Pending rest

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.

I would suggest you try to Turn off Windows Update Services in Windows 11

One of the best methods to stop computerized Windows updates is to turn off Windows update services. The steps are easy enough for a beginner.

Step 1. Press "Window + R" to open the Run window.

Step 2. Open the "Services Window" by typing services.msc and hit the "Enter" key.

Step 3. Locate and pick the "Windows Update" option from the "Services" list, then click the "Stop" button.
