    i am having a problem with my windows 7 laptop it says it is connected to the internet but somtimes it says no internet access or limited access on my laptop and how do i adress this issue

    Windows 8 rollback to 7 or XP

    Well you have to try and persuade her to move towards Windows 8. Sooner or later microsoft is gonna leave windows XP behind and when the time they stopped supporting windows 7, you would have windows 10 or something?
