How do I sync my email to the mail App?

I trying to find out how to sync. outlook, gmail, accounts to windows 10. When I open mail. to check my accounts, says NOTHING SYNCED YET???

Which email account are you trying to sync?

Is the issue confined for a single account or multiple accounts?

If you are facing sync issues on the account which you have added to mail app, I suggest you to delete and re-add the account and check:

1. Open Mail app.

2. Click on Accounts, and choose the account.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Add the account again.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.

Please follow the below suggested methods and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the sync settings of emails in the Mail App.

• Click on the Gear icon in the lower right corner of the left hand Mail App sidebar that shows your accounts and folders.
• The following page which opens up the Settings sidebar on the right side of the app window and you can click on Accounts to open the list of email accounts that are on the device.
• Click on the email account that you want to modify the sync settings for.
• Click on Change mailbox sync settings to open up the settings dialog.
• Click on the dropdown arrow on the Download email from option.
• Select how much of your email you want to sync on this device and click on Done and re-sync your account to sync your email based on the new settings.
