Windows 10: How do I toggle "Response Options" for meeting invites in Windows 10 Calendar appointments?

How do I toggle "Response Options" for meeting invites in Windows 10 Calendar appointments? I am able do this in Outlook when I invite others to a meeting, but I am not seeing this function at all in Windows 10. I don't always need to request a response from attendees but cannot see how to select that. I've clicked on scheduling assistant, online meeting, pretty much all the available buttons I can and there is no option for that.

No, this does not work. There is a list of people on the right side of the More Details screen, but I am the only person on the invitation and there is not an option to add more people.

Please send additional instructions for adding people to a calendar appointment.

Generally, I am pretty disappointed with the Windows 10 calendar and mail apps, more so considering all of the time they spent developing them. These apps seem to be half a step forward and two steps back in features.

 

Calendar App does NOT send meeting invites

I have attempted to generate meetings using my Windows Phone 8 Calendar app. However, the app does NOT send the meeting invites to the identified users. When I go to my Win 8 calendar app, the calendar entry exists and shows the invitee's with "no reply"
in the response section. If I then use the Win 8.1 calendar app invite section and <send> the message the invite goes out.

What's the deal with the Win Phone 8 calendar app that it does not send meeting invites? Why?????

 

Windows 10 calendar app can't invite others to appointments

I cannot invite anyone to a meeting using the calendar app. When I press on more details, there is a list that comes up, but it only has my name on it. There does not seem to be any means or mechanism to add another name to the invite list. How do I
invite others to a meeting?
