Windows 10: How do I turn on secure boot

Whenever I try to, my computer does not load into windows, but my bios for ASrock motherboard. I want to enable it so I can update to windows 11.

And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.
