Windows 10: How do I unlock a blocked account?

My account was locked few days ago and I’ve been trying to log back in it’s still locked and the verification code is not being sent. I’ve only used Microsoft 365 so I don’t know what exactly it is that is making me violate the T,s & c’s. How can I unlock my account?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked
