    How do I unsubscribe from a help thread


    I have been trying forever it seems to unsubscribe from this help thread, with no success: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ndows-10/f3156c89-8e3d-4bfb-8208-fcac5a59dd89.

    I follow these instructions: "Unsubscribe: On the forum article, select the ellipsis ... and then select Unsubscribe".There is no option to click unsubscribe as the directions indicate.

    Please help.

    Greetings Redric7!

    Sorry to hear you returned your WP7 device. You can go to your settings by clicking on the name in the upper right, then deselect the option to recieve updates. This will take care of all threads.

    If you would like to unsubscribe from a specific thread, find that thread in your list of questions, select it, and then find the first entry (where the question is asked). You'll see an orange box with the word "unsubscribe". Click this to unsubscribe.

    How do I unsubscribe from a help thread

    How to unsubscribe a thread on Microsoft Community.

    Go your profile (upper right of the page). You get a list of the threads you are following and the threads you have replied to. The one's with envelope icons are your subscriptions. See if you can click the icon for the thread you want to unsubscribe
    from. That is another way to unsubscribe. If that locks, use the Community Participation forum to ask a moderator to help you.
