Slotomania Won't Start-up

I appreciate the time you have taken to resolve this issue.I would suggest you to add an exception in the firewall and check for the issue, To do
so, follow the steps given below:

1. Press Windows and R key together on your Keyboard.
   
2. Type Control and hit enter.
3. Click on System and Security. Now, click on Windows firewall.
   
4. Now click on "Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall" from the left pane.
   
5. Now, we will have several application listed, to make changes click on
   Change settings.
6. Now, select the check box for apps on your computer that you want to allow to communicate over the Internet without being stopped by Firewall.
7. Click the Private and Public check box to allow this communication.
   
8. Click OK and then click the Close button to close the Windows Firewall window.

Slotomania Won't Start-up

I have Windows 10 on my laptop. I recently downloaded three Playtika games from the Microsoft Store; Slotomania, Caesar's Slots, and Slots-House of Fun. Caesar's Slots and House of Fun work fine; however, I cannot get Slotomania to open. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled Slotomania several times without success. Resetting the app also has not worked. Lastly, a Microsoft technician remotely got on my laptop and determined it was not a Windows 10 issue. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
