    How do I upgrade from 32bit Windows 10 to 64bit Windows 10 without using Media creation tool?


    I want to burn it to my USB and do a clean restart on my PC. Basically the Media Creation tool is not working and it seems like there are alternative ways which will save me time looking into the reason Media Creation stays at 50% for me.
