Windows 10: How do I use fingerprint in Windows Hello as Administrator

I can use fingerprint in Windows Hello when I logged as personal account. But I want to switch to the built-in Administrator account, and when I input my fingerprint in Windows Hello, it displayed error and closed.

I tried to use the method which was valid in Windows 7/8:
1. exchange the account name of built-in Administrator and personal account
2. input the fingerprint with fake Administrator account
3. backup the file from C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase, and then remove the personal account
4. recover the built-in Administrator name, and copy the backup file to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase

But it did not work. *ConfusedAnyone who knows How to use fingerprint as Administrator?

Delete fingerprint data from a deleted user account Windows 10 Hello

I had set up Windows 10 Hello with a fingerprint scan on my user account. I then created a new administrator account and deleted the first account. Windows Hello says that I have already used the fingerprint for another account, even though I already deleted
that account. How do I delete the fingerprint data from the first account, so that I can set up my new administrator account with the fingerprint that I want to use?

 

How do I sign in as an administrator in Windows 10, version 1607?

1- At the sign-in screen, click on a user account that has Administrator permissions.

2- Enter the user's password and click on the rightward-pointing arrow.
