Windows 10: how do place a command block on top of the other one without other blocks needed

hello I have a question about Minecraft, how do I put 1 command block on top of the other command block without help from other blocks. do you know how?

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.

Windows 10 Mobile blocking 'private' numbers

It's so easy, just a bit hidden, follow these steps:-

• Touch Phone Icon
• Touch "..." (bottom right)
• Click "Blocked Calls"
• Click Hamburger (top left)
• Click "Settings" (bottom lest)
• Toggle top switch from "Off" to "On"
