Windows 10: How do you assign a specific screen location for an app that runs automatically at startup...

I have a few apps that I have set up to automatically start when logging into Win10. I would like them to open tiled a specific way. Two of the three will do that on startup where I have set them. One of them opens behind the other two. Is there a way to specify the origin point of an app window on startup in windows?This is for a computer that several people are using for streaming events and I am trying to make the experience as dummy proof as possible.Thanks for any thoughts or help on this!
