Windows 10: How do you change the default size for copying pictures into Word O365

I would like my pictures to be the same size when copying them eg 12mm x 12mm rather then manually alter them everytime. I have seen File - Options - Advanced _ Image size but this changes the resolution and not the size.
Any ideas! I am using windows 10 version 2004 and Office 365

MS Word as default O365-Word2007

Hi,

I've got a little problem. On my computer there is a Word 2007 and an Office 365 package. I want the Word of O365 as my default viewer of .doc, .docx, etc..., but when I go in default app settings the Windows only sees the Word 2007... How will the Win10 see,
that there is a Word of O365 too? Before you ask it I need the 2007 too

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps you to
change size of background wall paper.

a) Right click on the desktop screen.

b) Select personalize and click on Desktop Background at the bottom of the screen.

c) Select the image and change the picture position to Centre from the drop down list.

Font size keeps changing in Word.

I have changed the default font and size in Word to Times New Roman, 14 for all documents.

However, quite often when I add a bullet point and continue to type, Word automatically changes that line to size 11. Super annoying. Anyone know how to actually change the default for good?
