Windows 10: HOW DO YOU DISABLE THE MULTIPLE DESKTOP VIEWS

Discus and support HOW DO YOU DISABLE THE MULTIPLE DESKTOP VIEWS in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; All of a sudden my desktop screen started shrinking whenever I hover near the top or bottom of the screen.     HOW DO YOU DISABLE THE MULTIPLE DESKTOP VIEWS


    All of a sudden my desktop screen started shrinking whenever I hover near the top or bottom of the screen. I cannot figure out how to turn this feature off. It is driving me crazy! While I'm working on a project I don't need the screen moving around. Please help!

    • What is the make & model of the computer?
    • When you say multiple desktop are you referring to task view?
    • When you try to put different apps on different desktops what happens next?
    • Do you get any error message?


    Windows 10 would have the multiple desktops option. Besides having independent backgrounds and icons, each desktop should have independent windows of the same program running.

    To understand the issue better, I would need more information from your end.

    • What happens when you open task view from task bar?
    • Are you able to switch between all of your open apps on multiple desktops?

    Are you trying to disable task view feature in Windows 10? If yes, please try these steps.

    a. Right-click on task bar.

    b. Uncheck show task view button.
