Windows 10: How do you Force Outlook 2019 to "synchronize"?

I recently (today) restored my Windows 10 Pro on my laptop with an image from 2 days ago. Everything looked great. All programs ran like they are supposed to. Nothing required any attention except... Outlook.

None of the folders and subfolders in Outlook had any email items in them. I checked and my .pst file was where it was supposed to be and about the right size - 4.7 GB. So I knew that my email items were still there.

I stumbled upon the solution which was to stay in a folder long enough for Outlook 2019 to start to synchronize automatically where it indicated such at the bottom of the Outlook window next to the connected status. The emails started to magically appear as the synchronization was going. Then synchronize suddenly stops and so so the saved emails.

So how do you force a synchronize to complete the job? And how do you synchronize across all folders since I have so many?

Adjusting font size in Outlook folder list (2016/2019)

Hi folks
Is there a way to get this screen in Outlook 2016/2019.

Here in Outlook 2010 you can easily adjust the font size and type in the folder list (navigation pane) and other things which makes it much more readable on a large monitor - sometimes default fonts are too tiny - especially when viewed on large screens !!





I can't seem to get to similar screens in Outlook 2016/2019.
In Some places you can't set size either - you just get choice of small, large, larger !!!!!!! definitely a retrograde step IMO.

2nd Installation of Outlook 2019 & Office 2019.

I purchased Outlook 2019 & Office 2019 (Word/Powerpoint/Excel). I have authentic 1-off installation keys for both and installed both on my Win 10 installation. I may well be forced to do a clean re-install of Win 10; wiping all the apps and files in the process. What is likely to happen when I come to install these packages for a second time? Are the keys likely to be rejected as already installed, and if so what are the steps to recover?
