Windows 10: How do you get the Windows 10 header ad in Settings?

Hello,


I noticed that the newer version of Windows 10 2004 version that there is a new header ad under Settings. I have 2 laptops that display the old Settings without the new header. Will there be a fix to this and can you implement it on the newer versions of Windows 10?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Settings Header

That is a test header from Windows Insider builds that never made it to a production build. Currently, there is no current version of Windows 10 with that header in the Settings app.
