Windows 10: How do you get your camera back?

So, a few years back, when I was a lot younger, I saw that I used a lot of space on my computer. I saw a bunch of random Microsoft files, and I thought I didn't need them, so I deleted ALL of them. Now nothing works, such as touch screen, the microphone, and the camera. I tried looking up how to fix it, and it said go to Device Manager and click imaging devices. The only thing underneath imaging devices is my printer. It's almost like I never even had any of these on the laptop. The photo wouldn't upload, but it was just showing that the only thing was the printer. Any help?

• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

You can try these steps and see if it will make any difference:

• Power cycle

1. Turn off the phone then remove the back cover and the battery.

2. Reinsert the battery and the back cover then turn on your phone.

• Reset your camera settings

1. Go to Settings.

2. Swipe to Application settings.

3. Choose Photos+camera.

4. Select Reset camera.
