    Printing emails in windows 10

    How do I print emails from outlook using windows 10 that don't give me a full screen print (printing everything in the window including the email list and folders, and only half/part of the email) instead of just the email content? Very inconvenient!
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can't Print emails from Outlook with Windows 10

    I have the same problem EXCEPT - the entire window process appears but in the print preview window - the preview is the exact view of my emails - the entire list of emails, the entire list of recipients, and only the small portion of the email content
    that fits into the window that I'm able to view. I have to select, copy and paste into a word document to be able to print. HELP, PLEASE. Any suggestions.

    I have solved my problem (blush, blush). The reason I was not able to print emails (the print menu did not display the PRINT function at the bottom of the menu) was directly related to the fact that I altered the text size to 125%. I reverted to 100% and this solved my problem. Thanks for all suggestions received.
