Windows 10: how do you turn off password manager on windows 10

I was installing Chrome on my computer and then I get this post saying I need to add Chrome to my password manager, I went there and it says click on the install button but when I did nothing happens. what to do now?

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
