    Hey anyone out there who is reading this, i made an xbox account but i dont remember my parents email. I tried the steps on losts accounts but it still dosent work

    if microsoft workers see this my xbox name is AroosterFTW

    Parental Settings

    Hi
    Anngelique,

    To better assist you with your concern, please follow troubleshooting steps on how to remove parental controls below:

    • Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
    • Click User Accounts.
    • Click Parental Controls.
    • Click on your account photo.
    • Choose Parental control off.
    The steps provided works only if the user account has full access to the PC.

    Let us know if you have other concerns.

    Hi,

    I was trying to update my applications but I was told that I need to get my parents to accept the terms and conditions. However, they do not remember the email account and hence I have not been able to update any of my applications. Is there a way for me
    to view the email address that was used?
