Windows 10: How does licensing work for Windows Enterprise model?

Hello, If I have 10 desktops and I want to run Windows 10 on all of them, do I need to buy 10 individual licenses or can I buy one Windows 10 pro license for one desktop and upgrade it to Windows Enterprise so that I can get multiple keys which I can run on the remaining desktops? My question is whether I need to have individual Windows 10 pro licenses on all the desktops or having one/two will help me in enabling the other desktops with Windows 10. Thanks in advance.
