Windows 10: How i can delete some character behind the name file .pdf?

For example :Before :123456 652839127384 659322125848 658285Becoming :B 123456B 127384B 125848

Really short character limit on PDF file names?

Windows has an internal limit of about 260 characters (minus null character), which includes the path + filename altogether. My initial guess would be that when you download the file it is being nested into a deep folder path that leaves you with little room
to add additional characters for the name. Perhaps you include the default path for the downloaded PDFs so I have an idea if this is the issue.

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

  In Word, select File > Save As.

  Select where you want to save the file.

  Type a new File name if you want.

  For Save as type, select PDF.

  For Optimize for, select an option: Standard or

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

• Have you tried to delete the pdf file in preview panel?
• What exactly happens when try to delete the pdf file?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Select View and click on preview panel.
  
• 
  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.
  
• 
  You can right click on it and delete the files.
