Windows 10: How I get audio from my laptop Speakers again?

I just updated drivers last night on my Acer Nitro 5, and now I can't play any audio, I tried troubleshooting but it didn't help. There is also no option to rollback the drivers, and I don't want to reset my laptop to fix this issue.

My Sony Subwoofer Speaker is not outputting audio to my Laptop

My Sony Subwoofer Speaker is not outputting any audio to my Laptop but is visible only in Advanced Displayed Settings and in Nvidia's Control Panel at Set Physx configuration.

This is a problem that is only apparent within my Laptop as when i used two other Laptop's it works in showing up in Playback Devices but in mine the Speaker doesn't show up in Audio Playback.

I have tried

• Updating Drivers
  
• Resetting PC
  
• Downloading Nvidia Experience
  
• Uninstalling any personal programs related to Audio
  
• Uninstalling and Reinstalling Realtek Drivers
  

It would seem that the fault lies in my Laptop.
