Windows 10: How is OneDrive managed for a club or similar organisation?

If a club wants to store data in OneDrive space, how should it be managed? Can a club have a Microsoft account? Isn't is usual for an individual to have an account, so it would be his cloud storage even though club members may have access? But what if he wants to leave the club? Then the club may need someone else to take a copy of the data and place it in their storage space. What options are available?

Xbox clubs don't work

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

I'm getting "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in yellow color for the following setting sections in windows 10.

System:

Notification & actions, Multitasking

Personalization:

Lock Screen, Start

Privacy

General

I tried following suggestions to fix the problem.

1. Reset my PC using windows advanced startup option.
2. follow all the solutions which are mentioned in here. link
3. Change Diagnostics & feedback to Full.
4. Reset group-policies for default. link
5. Restore windows

Please kindly suggest a solution to fix this problem.
