Windows 10: How to access encrypted Mac drive from Windows?

Is there any way to access a MAC (HFS+) encrypted drive from Windows? Or even Linux?

I know you can access normal Mac drives that are not encrypted with special software/drivers... but I need to access an encrypted one, of which I have the password.

Any hope?

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

I need some help. First, I have all of my data on a bitlocker encrypted external hard drive. I need to get to it. However, I just purchased a Mac and I can't access. Does anyone know how to turn off bitlocker? Then how can I access my files on a Mac
(I may post this elsewhere).
