Windows 10: How to auto-adjust volume in Windows 10

For my phone and other computers, the volume of the device will automatically change when my headphones are plugged in or taken out. For example, I could have the volume set to 40% when my headphones and when I take them out, the volume automatically goes to 0%. I want the same for my laptop.Is anyone able to help me enable my laptop to auto-adjust volume?Additional notes:1. When I plug in any of my headphones, none of them show up as a playback or recording device in the "Sound" window even when I enable "Stereo Mix" and press "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices."2. Speaker have auto adjust volume

I have noticed my speakers are quite quiet. This will sound confusing but it has two different volumes on the same volume number. If I click the mute quickly, it goes loud and then auto adjusts back to be quiet. I don't know why this happens but I want
it to be louder but it just keeps auto adjusting sound. Note. the volume number doesn't go up or down when it auto adjusts. Anyone know how to fix this

 

Volume step adjusting?

How can I change the step of the volume adjustment in windows? Now it adjusts by 2 every time I press volume up or down buttons on my keyboard (without any driver) or rotate the mouse wheel 1 step after clicking on the volume icon - I would like to change
that value to 1, 5 or even 10, how can I do that? is there a key in the registry to do it?

 

Microphone Volume Won't Stop Auto Adjusting

I have a Neewer 7000 USB PnP microphone. I want to adjust the volume of it but when I do and start talking again it auto adjusts to 100. I do not want this to happen because it picks up my keyboard clicks and makes the quality bad and really loud. I have
uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them. I have disabled applications to take control of it. I cannot get it to stop auto adjusting. All I want is it to be locked at a specific volume and not automatically go up.
