Windows 10: How to automatically show Taskbar in Timeline Task view?

1. I prefer my Taskbar auto-hidden.

2. When I swipe from the left to open Timeline =Task view, I want the Taskbar to show automatically within Timeline, at the bottom.

3. I don't want to move the mouse or take a second step to show Taskbar, because I don't use a mouse.

4. I want Taskbar to unhide automatically every time Timeline is displayed. I will have very smooth control of my Surface Pro this way, at just a finger swipe.

5. How can I make Taskbar unhide when I open Timeline =Task view?

6. I wonder if you realize what a great feature this is, especially when using Surface Pro or any other Windows 10 computer without a keyboard and a mouse, still perfectly in your control:

Windows 10 Task View / Timeline

After years of flawless operation, Task View / Timeline now only shows accessed files (word, excel, pdf, and so on) and random web activity (for instance, among 7 or 8 web pages I have accessed, it only shows one or two or even none at all).

Any suggestions for fixing? I have already put every switch in Privacy to on.

Task View timeline does not show web pages

The Windows 10 Task View timeline is not showing web pages. It only shows file explorer windows that have been opened. It used to show previous web pages accessed going back several days. I have been unable to find any settings that would correct this.

 

Task View

It's the Task View, not the Task Bar, that is the problem. I should be getting the popup (right clicking on Task View) showing the options for additional Desktops, not the five options for the Task Bar. A 'chat' with MS Solutions said that I should reinstall
Windows 10 to MAYBE correct this problem. Any suggestions to correct?? Thanks for your interest...I really appreciate it.
The Task View is the only feature that I may like on 10!!
