Windows 10: How to avoid BIOS IS NOT FULLY ACPI on Windows 7 ? HP Laptop 17 by-0006nf

Can anyone help me downgrading this old laptop to Windows 7 ? ... installed Tiny10 on it because Windows 10 22H2 is laggy on it When i tried to install Windows 7 by ISO booted on the Tiny10 it have a BSOD saying BIOS is not fully ACPI when i tried to boot up from USB key it has a BCD error ... please help me with this issue.

I have a Lenovo S21e Laptop with 2gb ram and 40gb hard disk. Windows 8.1 came with the laptop, subsequently it was upgraded to windows 10.

I wanted to restore the system to factory settings but it was unsuccessful, i then tried to format it but it comes up with a Blue Screen which says "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant . Please contact your system vendoe for an updated BIOS."

Hey guys,

So I bought a new pc today, without OS installed. I runned BIOS to set my PC to boot from Windows 7 32-bit disc (that is my old one), but then BSOD shows ' The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compilant '.

I have BIOSTAR A320MD PRO Motherboard, 8gb of Ram DDR4, AMD Ryzen 3,5ghz with integrated graphic card (sorry for bad english, im from Serbia),SATA 2 Hard Disc.

Any help please? I spended alot of money for this PC. Please help.
