Windows 10 batch copying multiple image files

Hi, I need some help with copying multiple image files from one folder to another, the original folder (source folder) has over 4000 image files and I only want to copy selected files from a list of file names that I have produced in CSV file.

Is there away in windows explorer or third party software that I can batch copy and move only the files listed in theCSV? Any help would be appreciated as this is a mammoth task if I cannot batch copy these image files.

Batch Files Knowledge Base

Don't use batch files very much but one I find useful is for creating a list of files in a directory.
Just copy the text below into Notepad and save as Filelist.bat

dir /a /-p /o:gen >filelist.txt

When you run it from a folder it will create a Filelist.txt file,in the same folder, that lists all the files in that folder.Useful when you are too lazy to type all the files out yourself.
