Windows 10: how to change a 32bit file to 64 bit

Discus and support how to change a 32bit file to 64 bit in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have a flash drive program in 32 bit.     I have a flash drive program in 32 bit. When opened on my windows ten 64 bit I only see part of page. Will formatting the file to 64 solve my problem?

    changing from 32bit to 64 bit

    You would need to clean install Windows 10 64 bit to change to a 64 bit OS. Unless you dual boot as suggested this would wipe out all you files and programs.

    Hello. I'm a bit confused as to why my program files are listed as 32-bit (x86) while my system is 64-bit. It's listed as 64-bit under system settings however the x86 would lead me to believe otherwise. Any ideas? I
    am running Windows 10.

    vista home 32bit or 64 bit?

    I'd go for the 32bit. Driver support for 64 bit is not so good
