Windows 10: How to Change the PowerShell Progress bar from Top to Bottom

Hi Experts, I am using PowerShell to execute OS installation for PC in WinPE. while performing the OS installation the Windows PowerShell Progress bar shows at the top of the screen as given below. is possible to display the progress bar to the bottom of the screen instead of top. Thanks Balaji S

Just to verify, do you have any scheduled tasks that uses Powershell? Scheduled tasks makes Powershell window appear periodically on your computer, therefore we suggest that you check the Task Scheduler. Here are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

If the issue still persist, we suggest that you run a Windows Defender scan to see if it will pick up any malware that the first scan missed.

Change progress bar color

Is there any way to change the progress bar color (green) in windows 10 Pro?

 

What are those progress bars in "apps & features" in Windows 10? Is something updating in the background?

Hi,

The progress bars in Apps & features indicates the disk space used by an app in descending order. The
app listed at the top takes the most space.

You can try changing "Sort by" option to "Sort by name" and see if the progress bars will disappear.
