  1. how to change the setting causing a Security Alert message

Since the recent updates of Windows and Edge I am receiving this Security Alert: you are trying to view pages over a secure connection"? To my knowledge, I have not changed any security setting and do not know which setting creates this alert.

Those last two updatesas usual caused many problems in using this PC: HP desktop, Windows 10, v. 1909, Edge and IE11 browsers. This PC only now began working properly after problems created in the last Windows update. What causes it?

Will be very grateful to any of you great 'helpers' to send advice or suggestions to me.

    :)

Gmail "Critical security alert" message, hacking attempt blocked (long post)

This is not true, it depends how and when you used 2FA. I never get security tokens from Google, I just get an email notification asking if it was me with a button to click, and only if the IP / device used is not in the registered devices list on the account.

That said, if you get these kinds of messages, it means someone knows your password and you need to change that on ALL accounts you have, not just Google.

    Emergency Alerts

    Hi Stephanie,

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

    • Open Settings.
    • Tap on System.
    • Tap on Messaging.
    • Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
    • Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.

How to Set message alert tone in Lumia 610

    Hello Mayank:

Thank you for posting to the forum regarding your questions about custom message alerts. Currently the Windows 7 phone does not support custom message alerts. You are able to select from a list of premade message alerts, settings > ringtones + sounds >
new text or IM > tap the box and select the alert of your choice.
