Windows 10: How to Clean Boot with networking

I did a Windows 10 Clean Boot per instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.


It apparently defaults to no networking. I didn't see a way to get it to boot except with Clean Boot.
Is there a way to get it to do a Normal Boot after doing a Clean Boot?


The computer is a Dell 3668. I wil lbe contacting them to see if they can shed some light on the issue. I'm posting here becuase the issue is arguably a Windows 10 issue.

You may be wondering how I posted this question if I don't have an internet connection? I'm sending this from my
Windows 7 computer.

Clean boot

Hi Jacey,

Have you tried running the
Network Troubleshooter?
If not, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Choose
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Run
  the following
  Troubleshooter:
  
  • 
    Internet Connections.
    
  • 
    Network Adapter.
    
  • 
    Incoming Connections.

List your specs out and tell us each step in cleaning you did.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
